The whole record since 2011, grouped by how far each project went and labelled with the part Alorie played on it. Some we run today. Some we opened and handed on. Some were taken as far as a plan and stopped there, which is worth knowing too.
Alorie is not the developer and rarely the brand. On almost all of these we were the owner's team: the study that said whether to build, the brief the architects worked to, the operation that opened the doors, or the company that runs the place now. Every entry below says which of those it was.
Three countries — Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam. Where a picture is a rendering rather than a photograph it says so on the picture.
Two owners we work for today: one building in Kuala Lumpur, and a portfolio of four hotels in Sarawak.
Serviced residence
Current mandate
Kuala Lumpur, Persiaran Stonor. A 47-storey branded serviced residence set among the embassies. Alorie shaped the concept, gave technical assistance through design and construction, built the pre-opening operation and manages the building today.
Four hotels
Current mandate
Kuching and Damai, Sarawak. Alorie is hospitality consultant and owner's representative to the Sarawak Economic Development Corporation across four hotels: operations and guest experience, sales, marketing and revenue management, and asset management for the owner.

Ayer Keroh, Melaka. Alorie developed the concept, ran the technical planning and the pre-opening, then managed the hotel.

Ayer Keroh, Melaka. Alorie carried out the due diligence for the owner and took on the management.

Ampang, Kuala Lumpur. Alorie ran the feasibility for the owner and gave technical assistance while the tower was designed and built.
Projects Alorie carried to a plan, a design brief or an approval. Whether they are built is the owner's decision and the market's; the work behind them is the same work.

Melaka. Alorie gave technical planning assistance on a mixed development of nine towers over a shared podium.

Tanjung Kling, Melaka. A beachfront resort hotel and a serviced residence on one site. Alorie developed the concept and ran the feasibility.
